Why I think that frugal install make the best choice.

Introduction

I for one am always testing or building and checking out the new build so for me it would be a pain to keep reloading my music files and some pictures of my kids I like to keep handy.

Details

Look here at what some may call there C drive or in my case sda4 what ever is your main place you put your puppy install.

The Dir boot is just that all of the grup file are in there so that I can easily edit it for a trial distro or to change my default distro.

Next is downloads that is where I store files that I have downloaded or where I will compile a program and keep all the source file in case they are needed later.

Lost and found never had a use for it not even sure myself what it is for. But the system keep putting it there so I leave it alone.

MyDocument is where I will keep notes on what I have done or other documents I just don't want to lose if my save file was to become corrupt.

MyMusic is where I keep just that all the mp3 I listen to and that way when I change puppys I do not have to reload them. After all it is 5 full cd's worth.

My Pictures is where I store picture on the system to have handle and so I keep a backup even thought most of them are on Picasa and Google says not to worry.

The other Dir are the current puppy's I am running and the woof build Dir along with the bones update folder.

As a further note you can make sys-links to them in your root folder it you like to have fast access to them. As you can see here.
