I have it using JWM desktop. I put a lot of thought into how I wanted the puppy to be, In previous MyWolfe's I have striped out a lot and trying to keep it lean but at the same time give it a clean desktop and menu system.

I now have the desktop background being handle be JWM. I got a little program for changing the background. You can find that in the control panel.

Rox file manger is the file manger of most puppylinux distros. The reason is quit simple it has the ability to show hidden files by just left clicking the eye on the tool bar and you can see thumbnails by simply by right clicking the eye on the tool bar. One other things built in by Barry was the ability to view an iso without having to rip it.

With MyWolfe you get the best of both worlds, you have the compact development system of puppylinux sfs system and can add on programs using the sfs addon files. Install pet files using Puppypackage manger.

I have my ContorlPanel also installed so that many of the use only once in a while are not lost but at the same time not making the menu a cluttered system.

For media enjoyment I have Xine which plays DVD’s, CD’s VCD’s and many other formats. There is pmusic made by zigbert ,one of the puppy forum members, that let you create play list and even drops down to a icon on the task bar to stay out of your way.

It has Gimp for you to edit your photo's and even create them also there is Picasa to catalog all your photos and if you have a Google account you can upload them easily.
