ffmpeg 0.5 output format has changed so the framerate is no longer parsed
correctly by pyxcoder. fix to support following video stream output:

Stream #0.0[0x1011]: Video: h264, yuv420p, 1280x720 [PAR 1:1 DAR 16:9],
59.94 tbr, 90k tbn, 119.88 tbc

Updated pyxcoder to support new video stream format. Fixed in SVN 1034
