hey, someone called thunder from hackint0sh made a skin for your application so check it out from http://home.georgieff.biz/iphone/iCalls_mod.zip. it's nice from my point of view. also i have a suggestion for the current skin, please do not make the buttons swell in the bottom bar when a button is selected and give some shine on the a buttons like the mobile phone application. also please don't mind but i think that the buttons in the bottom bar are not apple style at all so they don't look nice on iphone. :) thanks

hi, thanks for the input. In the future versions there are going to be more skins to choose from the application. It was intended not to be apple style the bottom buttons. I don't think this will be the only app with non apple style buttons. However, with newer versions that will include new skins you can choose what you like best.

I appear to be having issues where only very few of the contact names actually appear.

i am running 1.1.4 that i pwned with iPlus 2.0b. When i used iPlus i used the international payload which i believe has a phone number formating fix.

i had another look and i noticed that a couple that did have their +xx international code and they did appear. After a closer look when trying to edit them i spotted that all the phone contacts that have a SPACE, which by the way cannot be deleted, do not list their contact in iCall.

ie; +61(-)4(-)1234(-)5678

Any suggestions?

I also have the issue where only a few of the contact names actually appear.

What I wanted to do was make a suggestion feature request.

If the call filter also included a "day time minutes" filter, that would make the application perfect for me. When the "day time minutes" feature was active, it would only show times between a customizable time of day (default 7am-7pm) made on Monday-Friday.

Given this feature, it would be convenienet if I could have the start date for the filter auto reset itself to the closest nth day of the month. My billing cycle is on the 8th. So, given today is April 22nd, the filter would automatically filter back until April 8th.

Thanks for the cool program though

I also have a problem I cannot get the program to remember settings, ie I set it to read 01/04/2008 to 30/04/2008, its shows the calls but when I exit and then open the program again it defaults to current day? any ideas I love this program.... John

I have two problems. One is that I cannot get the program to remember settings, as J.H.Laffey. Second is that I do not have any file or whatever attached to the mail when sending calls via email. I just get a blank email. I love the app anyway Javier

Hi,

I also would love to have a "day time minutes" filter. that would be really usefull. i would donate at least 50$ for a feature like that.

iCalls is an application very useful for iPhone users. Why don't you make a version to sell in the AppStore?? It will be the bestseller application! :-)

I have already started with the iPhoneSDK, sometime in the future I upload in AppStore?, with minimal cost

When do you think ICalls would be available at the appstore or at least at Cydia? I really need it! I miss the 1.1.4 version of the Iphone just for ICalls!

I too want to add my 'I miss icalls' comment. I upgraded my 2G from 1.1.4 to 2.2 last night, and was shocked to see I could not get icall. Please, please pretty please, can we have it for the 2g and 2.x?

cheers

Frank
