MURLS (Multiple Uniform Resource Locator Shortener) is a simple and fast URL shortening application for Windows that supports many URL shorteners with more to come.
Until I create a formal URL Shortener "request" form (here on the site), you can just @ (send a message to) me on Twitter with the URL Shortener you would like to see supported by MURLS (see above for my Twitter account).
