A C function for arduino or any platform to add multi-tap function to attached keypads. A physical keypad can be anything (matrix key pad, a bunch of loose push buttons, or IR remote etc.) as long as it outputs '0' to '9' and this output is fed to this code. This is a part of my phi-panel code, a serial LCD keypad panel for arduino and other micro-controllers.
