MTBindingSim is a program to plot binding curves under various conditions, particularly those encountered in microtubule binding or other polymer binding situations.

Our current release is version 0.13, a beta released on November 4, 2011. (A patch release for Windows only, 0.13.1, was released February 14, 2012.) To download and install MTBindingSim, visit our downloads page. You may also download the latest version of the MTBindingSim user manual.
