MSOER, pronounced 'mozer', is a web application that was started by a group of software engineering students at MSOE. It was used as their Servant Leadership project during the 2008-2009 school year.

The goal is to create an open source web application that will allow members of the MSOE community to offer and receive rides. This solution will hopefully be much better than the current way of sending emails to everyone, and will hopefully make everyone happier in general.

Making the project open source is the easiest way for us to ensure that future students will take control and make changes or make bug fixes. Since we are hoping to graduate soon, our contributions will probably be low, but our hopes are for other students to take charge.
