What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install pecan 0.0.18 on FreeBSD

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.0.18 on FreeBSD 7.1-STABLE

msgfmt -c -o po/libmsn-pecan-ru.mo po/libmsn-pecan-ru.po
po/libmsn-pecan-ru.po:9: nplurals = 3...
po/libmsn-pecan-ru.po:348: ...but some messages have only one plural form
msgfmt: found 1 fatal error
gmake: *** [po/libmsn-pecan-ru.mo] Error 1

Yeah, sorry about that, it has been fixed in git.
