Make dbg package for the launchpad repo
This would greatly improve testing and debugging via Ubuntu's apport.

I don't exactly where, but a debug package for debian would be great.

This was already on my TODO list for the 0.0.18 release. I'm updating the PPA
repository for now as requested.

Done. The dbg package name is msn-pecan-dbg.
