This is a minor modification of MrBayes 3.1.2 (Huelsenbeck and Ronquist) to allow it to do a likelihood tree search rather than a Bayesian one. It will be described as part of a larger paper on ant phylogeny by Brian O'Meara; please do not use it until then without permission (it might be modified due to reviewer comments). Be sure to cite both the paper describing it and the papers describing MrBayes:

Huelsenbeck, J. P. and F. Ronquist. 2001. MRBAYES: Bayesian inference of phylogeny. Bioinformatics 17:754-755. Ronquist, F. and J. P. Huelsenbeck. 2003. MRBAYES 3: Bayesian phylogenetic inference under mixed models. Bioinformatics 19:1572-1574.

Funding for its development has come from NSF Graduate Research Fellowship and Dissertation Improvement Grant (DEB-0608487) awards to Brian O'Meara, and from the National Evolutionary Synthesis Center (NESCent) (NSF #EF-0423641).

Note that some people have had trouble finding the code for this program. It is common in software development to distinguish between the trunk (stable, well-tested, functioning code) and one or more branches (often code in development, which may break from time to time). MrFisher is arranged in this way. If you go to the source tab and browse, you'll see no files in the top level directory, but the trunk contains all the program files.
