Older Aug 10, 2009 issue 11 ("Unable to determine encryption key" again) commented on by Mantheren - I don't know if this is the same issue, but I seem to be getting the "Unable to determine encryption key" message for all files that have the "Single Unit" Attribute set... Not sure if that help to narrow it down, but I thought I would let you know.
