The configuration of Moose should be versionned, especially for a release.

We have to investigate if Reloader is good enough for 4.7.

I could reload all Moose for a synectique client so it worked. Now pay attention that
reloader has to be prepared for each pharo version. so right now it works on 1.4.

Reloader can now serialize properly an entire version.
