The Importing from Monticello is not working in the last version of moose-latest-dev:

I got this messsage when I try to open a Monticello package with the importer using
the Moose Panel:

MessageNotUnderstood: MooseMonticelloMethodPopulator>>ensureImplicitVariable:inFamixMethod:

I fixed it by making the MonticelloImporter subclass from SmalltalkImporter. This also
enabled the removal of code duplication.

Ahh, the test is still red on the server because when there is no package-cache, there
is nothing to import.

Does anyone know a simple way to save a Monticello working copy into the package-cache?
