Moonshine 0.8 Beta 2 just out now with basic auto-completion. Parses SWCs and source files.

For first timers: You need to enter settings & point MXMLC Plugin to a Flex SDK. http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Download+Flex+4

If you want SVN you need to point the Subversion plugin to a SVN binary (this is tricky on OSX, might have to symlink it). For windows you want Silk SVN: http://www.sliksvn.com/en/download.

Middleweight IDE for AS3/Flex development, written in AS3. Work in progress.

Editor built with FTE. Compiling with fcsh & AIR2 NativeProcess (through mxmlc).
