Introduction

This app contains a collection of live wallpapers for Android version 2.1 and on. Once installed, you can install any of the wallpapers on your desktop in the usual way. The package also contains a runnable application which previews all the wallpapers and provides access to their settings.

FAQ

Why can't I get it on my phone?

Live wallpapers are a new feature added to Android in Android version 2.1. If you have a phone with an older version of Android, this application won't work, and won't appear in the market. Right now, this means it only works on the Nexus One.

How do I make the wallpapers work?

The provided application only provides previews; live wallpapers have to be installed from your phone's home screen, they don't run like normal apps. Follow the instructions in the application.

Version 1.7.3 released 15 July 2010. Added a note on installation for phones that don't support live wallpapers.

Version 1.6 released 1 July 2010. Fixed a couple of crashes. It doesn't seem to be showing in the market, maybe a market bug? Tried removing uses-feature, no joy.

Version 1.4 released 1 July 2010. For Android 2.2, specified no install to SD card (because it's a live wallpaper); and that it's a live wallpaper, so don't show on phones that don't support it.

Version 1.3 released 14 February 2010. Added Sand Dollar hack and Tropical palette. General performance tweaks.

Version 1.2 released 31 January 2010. Added colour palette selection. Some tweaks to Node Garden.

Version 1.1 released 31 January 2010. Added Happy Place and Node Garden hacks. Now animates faster, and has a choice of animation speeds.
