A lot of websites don't have a favicon in place, which makes most browsers keep 
on requesting the icon upon every page load. It may be a nice feature to catch 
404's for favicon.ico, and transform them into a 200/ok with a placeholder icon 
(transparant or some such) with a short expiration.
