* Allow the test framework to be able to deploy on any container.
* Refactor some of the tests to use a common SipListener covering all the
cases.
* Provide some guidelines for creating new tests.

might become a joint effort open source project with other JSR 289 EG members

Performance application for jboss added. same app as for tomcat test. Luis can you
try it out ?
