drangon's ( http://www.drangon.org/mingw/ ) mingw-w64 precompile binary with library and program

mingw-w64 ( http://mingw-w64.sf.net ) is a project to create toolchains for windows 64 Bit ( namely windows x64 or win64 ). It can also create 32 bit toolchains for windows 32 Bit.

This project provide scripts to build the whole toolchains from source code of mingw-w64, binutils, gcc, gdb. This project also provides scripts and patches to build some useful library for mingw-w64, such as wxWidgets and ffmpeg.

In the download sesstion, you can download some precompiled binary of toolchains with which you can compile or cross-compile native 64 bit windows program. You can also download some precompiled libraries binary, they can be used in both native toolchains and cross toolchains.
