Low priority interventions now cause the smiley face to have a light bulb. Clicking on it then displays the most recent intervention. If there are more interventions pending the light bulb is restored.
Also all displayed interventions are kept in a history list so could be re-run on demand (not yet implemented or interface designed).

PedagogicalInterventionEnabled.startIntervention now has a FeedbackInterruptionLevel argument. Expresser when this not HIGH will put the intervention in a different queue and cause the smiley face to get a light bulb. Nothing is done (yet) with the queued low interrupt interventions. (Not sure how to test since none seem to be generated.)

Smiley face now smiles when all rules are correct, is neutral if no rules are specified, and frowns if any rules is wrong.

After giving a tied number a name (or editing) it, it couldn't be dropped on an expression or other tied number. Resolves Issue 1527.

If a rule contains named tied number now the thumb nail (if it it includes the rules) displays a list of bindings after the expression between the expression and the check mark or cross. E.g. (where y=0; z=1; ). Resolves Issue 1521.
