  issue 1 (Shortcuts) reported by leonbambrick   -   have a way to link shortcuts to commands multiple shortcuts can call same command (e.g. 'close current tab' from either ctrl-F4, or Ctrl-W.) To get backward compatible usability -- you need to allow more than one way to do things. Sad but true. Antoher example -- shift-insert is the old skool way to do paste (i think)

Macro editing window is applied with a python highlighting scheme (horrible colours for now... will improve later). Fixed little bugs around file contention. Not yet at version 0.
