What steps will reproduce the issue?
1. Select files for renaming
2. Ensure one file is open / playing
3. Use Wizard


What is the expected output?  What do you see instead?
Expected: blocked file would be reported, all subsequent files would be renamed as
normal (wizard would continue)
Actual: once the open file rename is attempted, the rename wizard process just closes.
No indication of error; all subsequent files are ignored.


What is the exact version of the Media Center Master that you are using?
Make sure you include the build number (example: 1.24.21610.455).
Media Center Master v1.30 (build 15411.1123)


Please provide any additional information below:
Replicate using MCE to watch an episode, or any other player that obtains a file lock.

This this also occurs with auto-rename but have not tested that completely. Cannot
due to bugs with special episode fetching.

Also happens if you already have a file with the target name.

e.g. 
02x01 - Blah Blah.avi and
s02e01.blah.blah.avi

both exist in a directory, and it tried to rename s02e01 to 02x01 formats, things cease.
No crash, just swallowed with no indication of failure.
