MCM not fetching episode thumbnails (Not seeing individual episodes) #645

What steps will reproduce the issue?
1.In the main display, no episodes are listed for TV shows
2.In TV folders, no metadata folder is present in new folders (old metadata still there
for locked shows, but a cache clear deleted metadata for one show that had previously
been created.

What is the expected output?  What do you see instead?
In the past, MCM has created Metadata for each episode and downloaded thumbnails. MCM
is no longer displaying individual episodes, and is no longer fetching episode thumbnails.

What is the exact version of the Media Center Master that you are using?
Version 1.30, build 11711.977

Verified with lowercase episode naming (sXXeYY versus SXXEYY).  Not sure when this was
broken, but fixed and waiting for next release.
