Delete any/all .NFO files and/or .XML files in media folders too.

List any references (websites or forum threads) that help describe this
request:

These tend to accumulate and need frequent weeding.

I would appreciate this too...when I want metadata deleted...I want it all deleted...otherwise
I would go in the folder manually and cherry-pick.
