Episode NFOs will also be used by the Boxee Box media player with version 1.1 (or later)
firmware:

Found a small bug in the implementation. When a new episode gets added to an existing
TV Show, the corresponding epsiode .NFO file is not created at the same time. Log entry
from when the episode was added (in this case an episode of Hawaii Five-0):

1:30 PM :: thetvdb.com  Found series ID: 164541
1:30 PM :: thetvdb.com  Searching by season 1, episode 20
1:30 PM :: MCM:  this is a T.V. show episode
1:30 PM :: MCM:  Moving to:
MCM:  \\HOMESERVER\Videos\Television\Hawaii Five-0 (2010)\Season 1
MCM:  1x20 - Ma Ke Kahakai.mkv
1:31 PM :: MCM:  Fetching meta data for the new episode...
1:31 PM :: thetvdb.com  Updated base meta data for this show
1:31 PM :: thetvdb.com  Fetching data for season 1, episode 20
1:31 PM :: thetvdb.com  "Ma Ke Kahakai"
1:31 PM :: thetvdb.com  Fetching season 1, episode 20 thumbnail...

Just checked with the most recent update (10311.648), and it is still not being added
after "Processing new downloads". Here is the log from this morning:

The episode file is moved correctly, the episode details are visible in MCM, but no
episode-level .nfo (or <episode>.tbn as 648 can build those now too) is created.
