Note: not sure if this is a bug or fixable, but thought I would report it. More a usability
issue.

What steps will reproduce the issue?
1. Try to fetch the meta data for a show that has been deleted from tvdb


What is the expected output?  What do you see instead?
A message to the likes of "Show does not exist".

Actual:
7:22 a.m. :: thetvdb.com  Now working on M:\TV\Onion News Network (2011)
7:22 a.m. :: thetvdb.com  TV fetcher source is offline!


What is the exact version of the Media Center Master that you are using?
Make sure you include the build number (example: 1.24.21610.455).
v1.29 (build 5611.409)


Please provide any additional information below:
The show in this case has been removed from tvdb. It was there.
Is there a way to differentiate the error messages? I spent quite a while trying to
determine if the tvdb api was offline or not, then discovered via the GUI that the
show was gone burger.
