What steps will reproduce the issue?

1. Example file name "Tomorrow When The War Began {2010}.mp4".
2. Run download parser.
3. Fails to recognize the file and thus doesn't parse the file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Parse the file as a movie and move to the desired location. What currently happens
is MCM fails to recognize the file and thus does nothing.
