problem:
When an episode backdrop or showposter is missing. (it says none available) It never
ever tries to redownload the background or cover file ever. Even if it is marked yellow
on TV series subdirectry/episode. I have to do that manually.

Solution: Batch tool that allows you specifically to scan for missing pictures and
download them. Series are after all already marked by MCM in the episodes directory..so
it is already indicated.

The T.V.-level auto-scan will now check for missing thumbnails from episodes and trigger
a fetch for the T.V. show.

Also, the T.V. show will now recognize when a thumbnail is missing from an episode
and perform a fetch for just the thumbnail.

Waiting for next release...
