What steps will reproduce the issue?
1. Download the movie cover to 11:14 (tt0331811)
2. Go to Artwork Manager. Click on folder.jpg and then the size down button.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not sure how it should be sized down but it seems to go down to 2.3Kb in size. Results
in a blue windows where the image should show.

What is the exact version of the Media Center Master that you using? Make
sure you include the build number (example: 1.24.21610.455). With what
media software? (MediaBrowser, XBMC, SageTV, etc.)

Please provide any additional information below:

If Netgear Tags are being created (enabled), this resize should take it down to under
200K, just like the resize down routine when it is first downloaded.
