Originally reported on Google Code with ID 443

Netgear's NeoTV 550 expects the ID3 tag "TLEN" (Title length) duration data to be in
milliseconds not minutes, therefore all durations are shown on the NeoTV as zero.

Please add a switch in MCM to convert minutes to milliseconds when generating "TLEN"
portion of ID3 tag data.

MCM Version 1.28, build 37211.1085

We need an option that toggles which implementation they chose depending on which specific
Netgear device you have.  Some want TLEN in minutes and some in milliseconds.
