If the download parser works on a T.V. episode for which no T.V. scan folder could be
matched, it will create a T.V. override regardless if one already exists.  This has
the potential to create many, many duplicate overrides.

There is no error handling for this at all.  I noticed my MCM software was running sluggish
and when I went into the override section there must have been 3000+ entries, most
of them duplicates.  After about 1hr of "up arrow,alt+r" I managed to clear them out
and the software seems a lot more responsive now.  It would be nice to not only have
the software check for duplicates so it does not create them, but also be able to select
multiple entries to delete and/or have the override settings in a text-based file that
could be cleared out from time to time.  Obviously the long-term answer is proper checks
to ensure not to create duplicates.
