What steps will reproduce the issue?
1. Install in XP
2. Startup application
3.


What is the expected output?  What do you see instead?




What is the exact version of the Media Center Master that you using?  

32810.499

Makesure you include the build number (example: 1.24.21610.455).  With what
media software?  (MediaBrowser, XBMC, SageTV, etc.)

No other media software

Please provide any additional information below:

Only occurs on first run. Previous version was 1.28 which kept advertising update while
running but could not update due to MCM still running.

Same issue here with Windows 7 64-bit on two machines. I get an "Artwork Manager" window
that says "Not responding". MCM works fine otherwise. Close MCM and reopen and I don't
see the Artwork Manager.

Same as andreasrosboch, but on Server 2008 r2
