Run Mb Unit Test inside of ReSharper 3.1 and ReSharper 4.0, 4.1 and 4.5

The 4.x Version are supported and will be continued.

The 3.1 Version is currently unsupported.

You have to use the Final Verson of R# 3.1 and 4.0, 4.1 (or nightly Builds after RTM).

It also works with the Current EAP Version of R# 4.5 (Build 1183).

This Version does not Works with MbUnit 3.x, MbUnit Comes with a own R# Integration
