v0.2.0 has incorporated Tws_SchemaManager for database upgrades. Further updates to Manuscript will allow for automatic upgrades of the database. Unfortunately v0.1.x does not.
The good news is that, other than a few behind-the-scenes changes, the database structure has only changed to help incorporate the SchemaManager updates. If you would like to upgrade your v0.1.x install to v0.2.0, just replace the installation files of your current install with the 0.2.0 archive, and then run one of the two files:
I would recommend SQLite Database Browser for SQLite, or SQL Server Management Studio for SQL Server.
