Responsive UI for Makahiki Interface

Responsive User Interface using HTML5 and CSS3 to enable a web-interface for the Makahiki project such that it will auto-detect and adjust display for various browser sizes. This will enable it to adapt the display for any device from mobile phones, to tablets, and of course regular computer displays.
