Click "Add Email" in Maildrop 3. 'Related to Who?' autopopulates with my 'sent from' email address instead of the 'sent to'. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? When first using Maildrop, this function autopolulated with the sent to email address so I did not have to manually type it in and search. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Maildrop v2.2, Mac OS X v10.5.8 Please provide any additional information below. It appears as though this happen after updating to Entourage Web Services edition. I did try reinstalling Maildrop and the problem continued.

issue 42 (Text of Sent emails not posting to Salesforce task) reported by dgerber4   -   What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Post a Sent email with Maildrop to Salesforce. 2. Click on the contact in Salesforce. 3. The task has been created; however the text body of the email message (which is supposed to display under Comments in the task) is blank. 4. Attachments from the Sent email are attaching properly to the SF task. 5. This problem only occurs with Sent, not Received messages. I am using Maildrop version 2.1 for Mac OS 10.4.11

issue 41 (new auto-highlighting a single entry feature does not work p...) reported by jgelf...@me.com   -   I understand that a new feature of maildrop is that it auto-highlights a searched entry if only one entry is found. However (see photo) it highlights in such a way that is fairly useless to me, as pressing the "enter" button next to the number pad on my keyboard (which would normally accept the entry and close the window) does nothing, and I must further highlight the entry by click on it, at which point it turns from grey highlighting to dark blue highlighting. Expected behavior would be to automatically fully highlight the item so that I can press a keyboard button to automatically dismiss the window and upload to salesforce.

issue 39 (emails added from "sent" mailbox folder should look up email...) reported by jgelf...@me.com   -   In Mail for Snow Leopard, when I click to add an email in my "sent" mailbox, the "related to who?" area always fills in with my email address, and I must fill in manually the email address of the person who I was sending to (the person I want the email to be related to). Expected behavior would be for Maildrop to automatically detect when I'm adding from my "sent mailbox (indicated by the "from" field being my email address) and then automatically looking in the "to" field instead.

issue 34 (feature request: add headers (sending, receiving email addre...) reported by jgelf...@me.com   -   I have the issue where i am always archiving emails to contacts who may not have complete contact information. e.g. I have have an email and phone number for someone and then she emails me, so I file her email away using maildrop (I search for her name in the maildrop window to bring her up) but when I archive the email it has no record of the sending or receiving email addresses). If the email addresses were just added to the top of the archived messages, it would make maildrop so much more reliable for me.
