What steps will reproduce the problem?

1) Have a second screen (mine is mounted above the main, though I don't
expect that's relevant)
2) move a MacVim window to the second screen
3) enlarge it to greater size than the original screen
4) unplug second screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to be able to access the window in some way, but instead it
disappears and I can't find any way of getting it back.

It does appear in the "Window" menu, but selecting it doesn't bring it up.
Minimize and Zoom appear to have no effect on it, while "toggle full screen
mode" will make the screen flash then kill the window.

What version of MacVim and OS X are you using (see "MacVim->About MacVim"
and "Apple Menu->About This Mac" menu items, e.g. "Snapshot 40, 10.5.6
Intel")?

MacVim snapshot 43, OS X 10.5.6

Please provide any additional information below.

This happens to me frequently when I bring my work computer (a Macbook)
home, detaching it from my big secondary window that has a full-screen
MacVim session running; I mention this just to say that it's not a
frivolous bug for me.

I try to remember to shrink it and bring it to my main window before I
quit, but sometimes I forget.

Let me know if there's anything I can do to help with debugging; last time
I reported a bug I figured out how to build MacVim so I should be able to
do it again if necessary.

Thanks for the detailed report. I'll try to have it fixed before the next snapshot.

This is fixed in snapshot 44. Can you please confirm that it works for you now?

Will do tomorrow; I'm at home without my monitor today. Thanks a lot for working on it.
