There are two new tools in this release: mk-query-advisor and mk-variable-advisor. We're still adding rules (i.e. things that get checked); contact us if you'd like to add a rule or if you find a false-positive.

mk-table-checksum got two new options: --chunk-size-limit and --unchunkable-tables which make it safer. These options help avoid checksumming tables that will be too costly.

mk-query-digest had a bug fix and some enhancements to its output.

After finishing the Retry module we were able to make several tools (like mk-table-sync and mk-slave-delay) retry certain key operations. mk-table-sync, for example, handles MASTER_POS_WAIT better now (for -- wait).
