What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run 'test/test_add_remove_by_name.py'

or:
1. add a node with name
2. remove by reference (not name)
3. add another node with the same name

exception is risen


What revision of the SVN are you using ?

I'm not sure if I wan't to fix this bug... if we need to add another
dictionary, probably I won't fix it, and I will mention it in the
documentation.
