The archive of localized ToDoList doesn't contain documentation. So that when you perform Help menu or press F1 key, there should be a message dialog show you no documentation found.

Please download the separate documentation archive and unzip to the folder in which ToDoList.exe is. Then please rename the .tdl file to ToDoListDocumentation.tdl.

本地化的ToDoList发行包中不包含文档，所以点击[帮助]菜单或者按F1键的时候会提示找不到文档文件。

请下载单独的文档包并解压到ToDoList.exe所在目录，并更名为ToDoListDocumentation.tdl。
