• Music Notify - shows popups relating to music state changes. Has mpd and xmms backends.
• Gmail Notify - shows popups when you get a new email. Uses perl. Lightweight!
• xosdd - my modification of xosdd, but I can't remember what I changed!
• adb - a basic command line address book
• sitegen - a very basic site generator using templates and macros

Perl Modules:

• Misc::Macro - Crude macro parser
• Misc::Wordgen - Pronouncable word generator
• Misc::SimpleDB - A simple flat-file 'database'
• Misc::SimpleSQL - Pseudo-SQL for use with SimpleDB
