What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a data provider that allows for multiple tables to be shown (in
my case I have a list of groupings in a select box and based on the
selected value in that box, I show the items in that group) - think of it
like Genres in music, and then the bands that would be in that music
2. The columns have styling to make the Artist name (the first column) bigger
2. Switch the Grouping (genre)
3. Notice that the columns change size

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The header shouldn't change, just the contents of the table.  Examining the
source shows that the colgroup is never removed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Checked out revision 16 off of svn.
Adding $('colgroup').remove(); to the render function of the
BaseLayoutProvider did the trick

Please provide any additional information below.
