Feature Roadmap for the lis.to desktop client

The following list of features that are currently planned and ideas that have come up (roughly in order or priority):

Main

  • Desktop client auto-update
  • Fully transparent auto-syncing between all clients linked to the same lis.to account
  • Fully functional iPhone client
  • Multi-language support
  • Shared folders (accessed simply by name and password)

User interface (user ideas)

  • Preference dialog
  • Add view option: aggregate folder task view (i.e. see the tasks from all sub folders also)
  • Add view option: show folder attachment in task list
  • Make folder tree collapsible
  • Add sound to the reminder popup
  • Recognize hyperlinks in task notes, show icons for them in task list
  • Add due tasks count to tray icon and folder task count
  • Enable task cut and paste
  • Add task detail pane at the bottom or on the side
  • Add extra folder for done tasks?
  • Add "proper" calendar popup element for setting dates
  • ...

Hi, would you integrate sync with calendar software? For example sync via ical file with ical, sunbird or lighting?

lis.to is very clean and handy, can you integrate (GTD) next action input form to the new task dialog? It could be a description input but the description can not be a name of task same time.

In due date input would be nice to integrate calendar component for easy setting date and sync via ical file.

At last would be perfect to make biggerfont in attached note input and set url and picture dialog or some kind of attached file to this note input..
