The original issue description is useless and is the result of vim not aborting my edit (in git-cl) but rather saving this useless list of commit message titles.

This is a rewrite of the Features page in order to make the structure of this page clearer, point some more features out and remove some problematic claims.

It is written within the existing navigational structure.

Issue 3732: Web: Rewrite "Features" content

The "Features" page had some problematic content and structure.
This commit makes some points more clear, removes problematic
claims and introduces some more points pro LilyPond.

Additionally replace some "color2" divs by generic divClass
