LibraryH3lp combines web-chat, IM (natively Jabber/XMPP, with gateways to other networks such as AIM, Yahoo!, and Google Talk), patron queuing, and message routing into an integrated help desk system. Being developed to run on Amazon EC2. Targeted at libraries but may have other applications.
