What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unzip latest release archive or download from SVN
2. In the SWIG directory, there are language specific SWIG interface files
for Java and Python but not C# :-(

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A SWIG interface file that will work with C# :-)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
libkml-0.3 SVN (July 2, 2008) on Windows XP Pro

Did you run the unit test suite that comes with the project? Did all test pass?
Did not run test suite.

adding a c# interface would be really nice for me. Although as far as I get informed, 
c++ / python / java are the top 3 in google. Please help other-language users make easy 
start.
