L0GG3R is a VB.NET Windows Forms project that signs onto an IRC network and logs everything that occurs in it's channels to HTML files. It currently has MySQL support to save statistics on the network, and soon will save other information as well. It can also render graphs for these stats and upload via FTP regularly.

There's also a bunch of other goodies, like weather, brainfuck parser, HTML validation using W3, "Meepnet" support, and both PASS/NickServ identify support.

The UI has different tabs for each channel, as well as a tab for each graph. The toolbar allows for most things you would ever want to do with it. There is also a textbox to send raw commands to the server.
