What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upon creating a new board

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When a visitor tries accessing a newly created board, he or she will
receive the following error:

"Forbidden - You don't have permission to access /board/ on this server."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.4, FreeBSD 7.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Upon creating a board it is given permissions of 744, which prevent visitor
s from accessing the directory. I manually have to chmod the folder and
contents to 755 to fix this issue. Is there a better way?
