What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to manage
2. Create Board
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Normaly a new board would created but isn't, a message says it is created
but at the top of the page it reads and the new is not created:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in
C:\Chan\inc\classes\board-post.class.php on line 359

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in
C:\Chan\inc\classes\board-post.class.php on line 576

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am using Kusaba 1.0.4 n Windows 2k3 EE with Apache 2.2, MySQL CE 5.0.15
and PHP 5.25

Please provide any additional information below.

By the way, this is a fresh install of Kusaba on a fresh machine.

It seems to break when MySQL and Apache are installed individually.  Works with
installing XAMPP to begin with...
