While making KitchenSync, I've done my best to use naming conventions set by Adobe and others in the Flash Community. In addition to these, here are some conventions that are specific to KitchenSync
- An object that performs some action at a certain time and is controlled by the Synchronizer is called an action. All action classes have the prefix KS in their names (e.g. KSTween, KSFunction). In other words, any object whose type begins with KS can be run by the Synchronizer.
- Classes that are groups of actions have the suffix Group in their names.
- Abstract classes are classes that should not be instantiated themselves but provide a default implementation for the classes that extend them. In KS, these are marked with the prefix Abstract.
